  • Yes, the beachfront apartments are fully furnished and come with sheets and towels. The on campus apartments are also furnished and the village provides a bedding package upon arrival.

  • No, it’s just different. In Australia there are three major assessments that make up your whole grade, therefore they are worth more. It is important to work on these assessments throughout the semester as opposed to the night before to stay on track.

  • In February it’s summer in Gold Coast, Australia so temperatures range from 85-90 degrees. Temperatures will typically remain warm throughout April. May and June start to turn a little cooler with low temperatures in the 60s, however, Gold Coast gets a ton of strong sunlight, making it feel a lot warmer then the thermometer in these months.

  • You have the option to choose between purchasing an international phone plan with your primary provider or buying a sim card from TEAN when you arrive for orientation in Cairns! E Sims are another great alternative you could check out.
